My niece, Tresa, loves irises, and so when I saw the beautiful irises in my garden this morning, I knew I would have to take a picture to share with her. They are quite stunning this year, and if I were an art quilter, I would make a fabulous wallhanging using this picture, but, sadly, that is not where my talent lies. So, Tresa, this post is for you. I hope you enjoy it!

What a beautiful color.. so, when you go to split them this fall, may I get one or two from you?
Thank you so much! This post absolutely made my day (actually my week!) I still love purple irises, but don't have any in my yard, so I'll enjoy yours through pictures. Thanks again.
wow, so pretty! I enjoy irises, too!
Thanks, Kaye, for remembering that about Tresa. They are gorgeous irises. I left so many of mine behind at the house in Lehi. I brought them with me, but we were so busy just trying to get our house finished that I didn't plant them. I think I gave them to my neighbor. Thanks again for thinking of Tresa!
I found you blog too! Grandma mentioned you had a blog but I hadn't found it yet! I am so excited to add it to the list, I love to be able to keep in contact with everyone! Ours is www.kyleandval.blogspot.com
